Give your mind, body, and spirit an energetic reset. A standard balance takes 60 minutes and usually addresses a specific goal to improve your health and wellbeing. Each session is personalised to suit your needs, and every session can be quite different, although the format may be similar. We will explore your options, drawing from a wide variety of modalities, and find the best for you and your healing. Together, we will support your needs in a safe and gentle space. This is a chance to let go of what no longer serves you, and to bring healing and lasting sustainable change.
Cancellation Policy
Clients who wish to cancel an appointment must provide at least 2 days notice and will be refunded in full. Clients can reschedule their appointments with 1-7 days notice without penalty. Clients who fail to attend an appointment with less than 24hrs notice or without providing any notice will forfeit in full any payment made for that appointment.
